1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the TokiTea mobile application ("App", "Service", or "TokiTea"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our App. TokiTea is owned and operated by TokiTea LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TokiTea LLC.

2. Description of Service

TokiTea is a mobile application that provides real-time restock alerts for premium matcha products. Our Service includes:

• Mobile application features and functionality
• User account creation and management
• Data synchronization across devices
• Push notifications and alerts for matcha restocks
• Customer support services

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use TokiTea.
• Users in the European Economic Area must be at least 16 years old.
• If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

3.2 Account Creation

• You may create an account using your email address or through third-party authentication (Google, Apple).

• Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
• Download and install the App on your personal devices
